Vasiliki Akrioutou started her micro-winery at 2015, after a long career as enologist for some well known wineries in Central Greece. Her vision is to get the best out of her favourite Greek and international grape varieties, from a unique terroir near the ancient city of Plataea. The vineyards are located at an elevation of 280-380m, in the foothills of snow capped mountains. The local microclimate gives cold winters and summers which are cooler than usual for this area of Central Greece. Vasiliki is always happy to offer her expertise to other small local wineries.
