Vineyards location: Tirnavos /Paleomilos. The vineyard (8 -12 years old) is situated at an altitude of 200-300m.
Soil: : Clayey soil with high calcium concentration
Climate: Rare rainfalls, dry & hot summer
Vinification Method: Classic vinification method of red wine without the use of selected yeast and enzymes , in 3,000L 5000L wooden tanks of Austrian oak. The extraction takes from 20-24 days. Maturing is taken place in barrel 3000, 5000L for the 12 months .

Tasting Characteristics: Nose full of red fruit, with a focus on strawberry, cherry and pomegranate. Subtle herbal character. Soft and quite pleasing on the palate, with low key but lively tannins.

Pasta with red sauce, meat with light red sauce, salmon burger, grilled red meat, Asian food with meat and spicy red sauces.
