Vineyards location: Tirnavos /Paleomilos, Kampilaga. The vineyard (8 -12 years old) is situated at an altitude of 200-300m.
Soil: Sandy-clay, high concentration flints
Climate: Rare rainfalls, dry &hot summer
Yield: 100 hl/ha
Vinification Method: The grapes are placed in large refrigerators for 24 hours at 4C, direct separation must from grapes and after clarification without enzymes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts under controlled temperature 15.5-16.5 C.
Ageing : 3 months in tanks
Tasting characteristics: intense aromas of green fruit and herb, green peppers, grapefruit, lime, white flesh peach, rose, jasmine and good acidity , mineral character.
Best served at 12-14 °C
Fish, chicken, yellow cheese green salads, Asian food, sea food, fried food.
