Characteristics: This dark-colored wine offers up spice, cherry, raspberry, ripe berry fruit, violet, plum and chocolate aromas.
Gastronomic aspects: Perfect with red meat.
Serving temperature: 18° C.
Type of Vinification – Maturing: Classic red fermentation. It is aged for 24 months in new oak barrels. It can be aged for 10 years or more.
