Each variety is vinified separately in a “classic” way. After the end of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wines are transferred in oak barrels for a year, during which they are racked and blended according to their evolution.
Deep ruby color, complex aroma that combines spicy notes with mature and dried red fruits like red current and cassis. Ripe dried red currants and cassis on the palate, full-bodied, with ripe and integrated tannins, excellent balance with an aromatic and lingering aftertaste at the end.
